On March 7th, 2024, we organized an enlightening Blue Talents Career Talk presented by the Ocean Ambassadors Foundation.
In the program, we explored the Marine and Blue Economy world with our distinguished Guest Speaker, Engr. Jamiu Badmos, as he shared invaluable insights on Safety and Security, aligning with SDGs 3, 8, and 16.
The importance of safety and security in life cannot be overemphasized and it is the same in the Maritime sector. From the safety of individuals to vessels and property, there is a need for us to continually ensure that everyone and everything is protected and safeguarded. Both the individuals and the organizations in the marine and blue economy have a role to play in ensuring this.
This program proved to be a very insightful and educative one.
